Signing up for Local Foodie is currently 100% free and takes just seconds. You can join our community via WhatsApp, which is fully integrated with our service. Simply click the 'Sign Up' button on our website, and you'll receive exclusive offers and updates directly to your phone.
You can browse our available restaurant vouchers on the 'Offers' page. Each voucher features details about the restaurant, available days, and the discount you'll receive. After selecting a voucher, you can securely purchase it through our Stripe-powered checkout. Once purchased, your voucher will be sent to you via WhatsApp with a unique redemption code.
To redeem your voucher, visit the restaurant and present your unique voucher to the waiter when you arrive. Click generate voucher in your WhatsApp, then when you're ready, swipe on our 'Redeem' page while at the restaurant to validate it. The restaurant staff will then apply the discount to your bill. Each voucher can only be used once.
You should redeem your voucher after your meal, in front of the waiter. This allows the restaurant to verify your voucher and apply the discount to your final bill. Make sure to have your redeem voucher link ready when asking for your bill.
Voucher availability varies by restaurant and is clearly displayed on each voucher listing. You'll see which days of the current week the voucher can be used (e.g., Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday). All vouchers expire by the end of the week on Sunday at midnight.
Generally, restaurants allow one voucher to be used per table or visit. The specific terms are indicated on each voucher's details before purchase. Most of our partner restaurants are independent businesses with their own policies regarding voucher use.
